Professor Peyton Young

Peyton Young is a Visiting Professor of Mathematics at LSE, James Meade Professor of Economics Emeritus at the University of Oxford, and Research Principal at the Office of Financial Research in Washington DC. His research is concerned with the evolution of social norms, the diffusion of innovations, and the analysis of contagion risks in the global financial system. He is a Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Fellow of the British Academy, and Past President of the Game Theory Society.
