This conference will explore the determinants, measurement, and long-run trends in productivity growth. We welcome papers that engage with historical and modern perspectives, including empirical and theoretical approaches, cross-country comparisons, and sectoral analyses
Organising committee: Stephen Broadberry, University of Oxford and CEPR; Jagjit Chadha, University of Cambridge; Jason Lennard, LSE and CEPR.
Researchers interested in presenting are invited to submit a full paper or extended abstract by 1 September 2025 23.59 CEST (Central European Summer Time).
Accepted participants will be notified in late September. Limited funding may be available to support travel and accomodation for presenters.
