Francesco Ripa is an Associate in LSE Cities. Previously, Francesco was Policy Manager working on research, engagement and capacity-building focused on innovation and governance on the .
Prior to joining LSE Cities, he has worked for over four years at POLIS, a Brussels-based network organisation working for more sustainable mobility in cities and regions. At POLIS, Francesco led the communications team and contributed to several EU-funded research and innovation projects in the field of sustainable urban mobility.
Francesco holds a master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Public and Corporate Communications from the Sapienza University of Rome.
