Claire Milne

For decades, Claire has advised regulators, governments and companies around the world on policies for information and communication technologies (ICTs), specialising in universal service, consumer affairs and numbering.

She most enjoys linking insights from academe with practical action, with the aim of steering developments to maximise benefits for ordinary people and society as a whole.

Current work focuses on the Internet of Things, prevention or mitigation of nuisance calls, and budget-constrained use of ICTs.
