Theatre trips
We offer our students an easy way to explore the cultural riches of London
The LSE campus is right at the heart of London. To take advantage of this, we offer students the chance to see some of the biggest shows on the West End, home to historic theatres such as the Adelphi Theatre, the Savoy Theatre and the Lyceum Theatre.
Your time at Summer School is a great opportunity to take advantage of the arts and culture that London has to offer. You will have landmark shows like the award-winning The Lion King right on your doorstep running since 1999 and in 2014 was named “the most successful stage show of all time.”
For 2023 we will be organising trips to see:
- Phantom of the Opera
- The Lion King
- Les Miserables
- Mamma Mia
These are paid, ticketed trips with limited capacity. Tickets will be available around a month before the start of each session and you will be notified via email when tickets are released.
What I most enjoyed about London was how vibrant it is and the range of plays I could see.
