Corporate misconduct and fraud pose significant risks to organisational reputation, stakeholder trust, and long-term value creation.

In this session, we will examine the underlying drivers of corporate fraud, drawing on established frameworks such as the Fraud Triangle and Agency Theory to better understand what motivates unethical behaviour and shapes regulatory responses. Through discussion and a short case study of a recent corporate scandal, we will explore how these theoretical perspectives apply in practice, highlighting how governance breakdowns and cultural factors can contribute to real-world corporate failure.

Please Note: This event is oversubscribed and will be on a first come, first served basis.
