You don't have to have your career planned out in front of you.  You can roll with the punches, turn the negatives in positives and take the unexpected opportunities that arise.  The Department of Management's Professor Connson Locke explains the many twists and turns of her career journey and the benefit of not having your career path 'set in stone'.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the session starts, your attendance will not be recorded and you will not receive credit towards your Spark badge.
