LSE Law School amicus brief to African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights on climate crisis

A team of LSE law scholars—Stephen Humphreys, Oliver Hailes, and Eoin Jackson—have submitted an Amicus Brief to the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights with regard to a request to the Court for an Advisory Opinion on the Climate Crisis. The Court had requested Observations from Prof Humphreys.
