About me

Benjamin is a MRes/PhD candidate in the Department of Economics, where he previously worked as a pre-doctoral Research Assistant. He obtained his MSc in Economics from the LSE and his BSc in Economics and Business from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Between his studies he worked as a research assistant in the Labor, Pensions and Education Department at the Dutch research institute CPB.

 Benjamin’s research interests lie in the fields of Public Economics, Labour Economics, and Education. He has previously worked on topics related to the determinants of health inequality, the health effects of a pension reform in the Netherlands, as well as the impact of minimum wages.
