Louise joined the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science in June 2020 as MSc Programme Manager supporting the MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology, MSc Organisational and Social Psychology and MSc Social and Public Communication. She previously worked in the Geography and Environment Department as a Programmes Coordinator and prior to that worked at the Royal College of Surgeons as a Coordinator of the Implant Dentistry Diploma (Faculty General Dental Practice).

Louise holds an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, a Certificate in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, a LSE Certificate in Managing People and Teams and has completed her a PRINCE2 qualification (Project Management).

In her current role, Louise manages three of the MSc programmes from application stage to graduation. She supports student experience, undertakes pastoral care and uses OneFinance to manage and pay invoices for programme budgets.
