SPARK: Your CV & Cover Letter: Maximising Effectiveness (S1)

 

A Spark Session run by LSE Careers.

A strong CV and cover letter are your first steps to securing an interview. This session will show you how to highlight your skills and experience effectively, understand what employers are looking for, and craft a compelling application that stands out.

Please Note: This event is oversubscribed so, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can no longer attend, we would really appreciate it if you could cancel your ticket as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to someone else who wishes to attend.

Important notes for Spark events:

• Please arrive on time and ensure your attendance is recorded by an LSE member of staff. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the session starts, your attendance will not be recorded, and you will not receive credit towards your Spark badge. • Do NOT register for the event with your LSE email address - This address will be deactivated when you leave Summer School and may create issues with awarding you your Spark badge.

• You must attend the full session to receive your Spark professional skills badge.

• Where available, we will email class materials to students that attend the event.
