About me

Dr Ioanna Pervou is a lawyer. She obtained her bachelor from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Cambridge, an LLM in Constitutional Law from Democritus University of Thrace, and an MBA with specialty in the administration of public hospitals. Her doctoral thesis, entitled “The right not to be subjected to enforced disappearance in public international law” has received full scholarship by the Academy of Athens. She has also received scholarships from several foundations such as the Onassis Foundation and the Cambridge European Trust Fund. She is currently a lecturer at the Hellenic Open University and an adjunct lecturer at Democritus University of Thrace. She is also nominated by the Hellenic Branch of the International Law Association as a representative to the ILA Committee on Global Health Law.
