Caroline is the Head of Programme Delivery for the School of Public Policy, and has oversight of all of SPP’s postgraduate programmes.  She manages the programmes team and oversees all aspects of the student lifecycle from induction through teaching and assessment to graduation.

She has extensive experience in the higher education sector at institutions such as UCL and London Business School, in both programme management and leading central administrative teams.
