The LSE Mathematics Alumni builds and develops links between the Department and graduates from all our programmes. Students’ relationships with us continue long after their graduation day.
Check here regularly for the latest news, event invitations and opportunities to stay connected with LSE Maths and each other. You might also like to sign up for our weekly (during term-time) events newsletter, detailing all seminars, workshops and Public Lectures taking place in and around the Department. To do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be added to the mailing list.
The annual Alumni Reception gives members a chance to connect with and build our network. The next event is:
Alumni reunion reception 2018
Thursday 8 March 2018, 18.00 - 20.30
Senior Dining Room, Old Building, LSE Campus
We would like to welcome all friends of Maths@LSE, students and staff, past and present to our 2018 Alumni Reception.
LSE’s Director, Dame Minouche Shafik, will be making a welcome speech from 18.00-18.30, so we hope you will be able to join us from the start. This will be an informal event with a further short speech from Professor Martin Anthony (Head of Department), finger food, drinks and the annual alumni quiz too.
The event is a great opportunity to connect with and build your network, as well as catch up with the Department, your former teachers and new LSE faculty. All alumni, current PhD, MSc and 3rd year UG students are invited.
There is no charge for this event. To confirm your attendance all you need to do is email email@example.com.
A snapshot of our alumni event to celebrate 20 years of the department can be seen here.
The Department is always delighted to hear from alumni and welcomes their participation in our activities. In the first instance, please contact Maths.Info@lse.ac.uk for more information.
