Quality assurance review
What's related > Best practice for web pages: summary
The following list summarises the criteria against which the Web Services team will review LSE web pages during quality assurance reviews. Reviews will be used by the team to regularly assess each website and facility in accordance with the Quality assurance policy.
Issues that fall short of the standard will usually be corrected in liaison with the web editor responsible. Priority issues (ie those marked '*') that fall short of the standard may necessitate direct action by the corporate web editor and possibly withdrawal of access to the relevant page(s) until rectified.
Criteria that apply only to LSE-template web pages are marked with a 'T'. Web editors of non-template web pages need not comply with these criteria.
Web editors are invited to use the Checklist for web editors to assure themselves of the quality of their pages before a quality assurance review takes place.
