About me

Lucía is a lawyer with extensive experience advising on international law issues, and representing countries and investors in investment disputes. She graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires and has a masters in International Law from Harvard Law School.

Currently, Lucia focuses her research on violence against women in Latin America and the Inter-American system of Human Rights. In addition, Lucia is coordinating a project led by LLM students on the situation of women in the refugee camps in Europe. She is also a member of the Board of Latin America Women’s Aid Refuge and Advice Centre, an organisation assisting Latin American women who live in the UK.
