Following her retirement from PwC in 2019 Pam served as the CEO and then more recently NED at Level 20, a not for profit focussed on gender diversity in Private Equity. Level 20 collaborated with TII to develop a solution driven framework (ACCELERATE) to support the retention and promotion of mid-level women in Private Equity.
Pam started her career in 1977 at Thornton Baker, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser before joining what is now PwC where she spent 36 year, 29 as a partner. She was a founder member of the team set up in the 1980s to advise on private equity and corporate M&A counting many private equity firms as her clients.
Pam served on the Executive Board of PwC Middle East where she led the Middle East Deals business, with a team of over 400 operating across 14 countries, from 2017- 2019. She also served on the governance boards of PwC UK and PwC Middle East for many years. She has been at the forefront of the diversity agenda throughout her career, setting up and Chairing the PwC Female Partner and Director network from 2001.
Since retiring from PwC in 2019 Pam has held a number of NED, advisory board and social enterprise roles. She is currently a NED at Investcorp Capital PLC, an Abu Dhabi listed alternative investment company, where she chairs the Audit and Valuation committee and she sits on the Advisory Board of Hytro Ltd, an innovative scale up company focusing on Blood Flow restriction to enhance sporting performance.
