Sebastian is a PhD student in the Department of Economics. His research interests are in public economics, labour economics and industrial organisation. His current work evaluates the impacts of childcare subsidies and studies their optimal design. He holds an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics (with Distinction) from LSE and a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Berlin.
