Dimitris is an MRes Economics student in the Department of Economics. Dimitris obtained a BSc in Mathematics and a MSc in Philosophy of Science at the University of Athens. He then completed a PhD in Philosophy (of physics) at the University of Western Ontario. The decision to pursue economics is the culmination of a persistent desire to better understand the workings of modern world and the recent Global Financial Crisis. After completing an MPhil in Economics at the University of Athens, Dimitris hopes to pursue these goals at the LSE.
