About me

Alex is an MRes Economics student in the Department of Economics. He has worked at the Center for the Economics of Human Development at the University of Chicago and studied Theoretical Physics at Utrecht University.

His research interests lie in the intersection of labor economics and macroeconomics. In particular, Alex is interested in studying the foundations of inequality and social mobility, including the role of gender, wage dynamics, and human capital.
