Champa provides administrative leadership guidance including strategic planning and resources for the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at LSE.

She facilitates excellence in research, education, knowledge transfer and enterprise, and works at developing and expanding the professional services team. Concurrently she works closely with the head of the department to support his managerial and leadership role.
