Ajit is an experienced organisational consultant with over 14 years of consulting experience (internal and external) in the Financial Services specialising in organisational culture, organisation development and design, performance management, talent development and behavioural change. He is the co-founder and partner in a boutique strategic change management consultancy. 

Ajit works with senior executives as a coach and is also experienced in group coaching and team development. He is currently also pursuing a doctorate in Consultation and the Organisation at the Tavistock Institute in London.
