Ajaz believes organisations remain relevant through five timeless principles: democratise; simplify; author; revolutionise; organise. In this keynote Ajaz will share the stories, concepts, examples and tools that he believes outstanding businesses, of whatever size, era and concern, unfailingly return. Each generation is able find a new perspective or a new lesson in them, to adapt an ancient philosophy or a modern truth to their present reality.
Born and raised in the UK, Ajaz Ahmed (@Ajaz) founded AKQA aged 21 and is the company’s CEO. AKQA employs around 2,000 people in 17 offices around the world. In 2015 Ajaz authored Limitless: Leadership that Endures where he shares what can be learnt from the lives and careers of groundbreaking business leaders: “who didn’t just grow their profits, but expanded the horizons of their customers and our culture.” All proceeds fromLimitless are donated to five charities that were selected and voted for by AKQA employees around the world.
