New to London or the LSE Summer School and keen to meet people? We’ve got you covered! Join our Speed Friending event. A relaxed, fun way to meet lots of fellow students in a short space of time. You’ll chat one‑to‑one for a few minutes before rotating to someone new, making it easy to build connections without the pressure.

Worried about awkward silences? Don’t be. We’ll have conversation prompts ready to keep things flowing. Whether you’re hoping to make friends, find people to explore London with, grow your network, or simply meet interesting people, Speed Friending is the perfect place to enhance your Summer School experience.

Our free events are oversubscribed and operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
A ticket is required for entry.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket so your place can be offered to someone else.
