This course is for students who speak English a foreign language.

Course content

This course is designed to expand students’ knowledge and use of informal English vocabulary across a variety of everyday topics, including news and media, food and drink, social interactions, and travel. Through engaging discussions and practical activities, students will explore how informal language is used in real-life contexts and develop greater confidence in applying it in conversation. The course emphasizes natural, fluent communication and provides a supportive environment for practising spoken English in a relaxed and interactive setting.

This course will be offered at four different times during the academic year namely: AT Wks 2-5; AT Wks 7-10; WT Wks 2-5; WT Wks 7-10
