Availability

This course is compulsory on the MSc in Local Economic Development. This course is available on the MSc in Urban Policy (LSE and Sciences Po). This course is not available as an outside option.

Course content

The dissertation may be on any topic within the field of the MSc programme studied. Approval for the topic must be obtained from the relevant Programme Director.

Teaching

In the Department of Geography and Environment, teaching will be delivered through a combination of classes/seminars, pre-recorded lectures, live online lectures, in-person lectures and other supplementary interactive live activities.

 

This course is delivered through a series of lectures across Michaelmas Term and Lent Term.

 

The course includes a reading week in Week 6 of both Michaelmas and Lent Term.

Assessment

Dissertation (100%, 10000 words) post-summer term.
