Course critical to assessment:   Students must obtain a mark in the Merit range or above in the following courses in order to obtain a Distinction overall in the degree:  MSc International Political Economy: IR485 (formerly IR499)  MSc International Political Economy (Research) IR485 (formerly IR499)  MSc International Relations: IR499  MSc International Relations (Research): IR486 (formerly IR499)  MSc International Relations Theory: IR486 (formerly IR499)  LSE-Sciences-Po Double Degree in Affaires Internationales: IR499  |

Distinction/Merit borderline (scheme paragraph 3.3.2):   Classification for students with mark profiles falling into this range will always be determined to the advantage of the student.  |
