What LSE
Careers does for you
LSE Careers works with you during your career
planning, job searching, applications and interviews. We
also provide opportunities for you to meet with
employers. Our
services include:
One-to-one careers appointments
LSE students can book
one-to-one
appointments to discuss your CV, job
applications, employers or options for further
study. Even if you don't know what you would like to do,
you can book an appointment to chat about your skills
and possible career paths. We also offer practice interviews
and specialist careers appointments for
PhD students
and
students with disabilities.
Appointments take place in person at the Saw Swee
Hock Student Centre, or via Skype/telephone. Most appointments open for booking
on the day at 9:30am.
Job vacancies board
LSE Careers advertises hundreds of jobs which are
open to LSE students, from part-time and volunteering roles to
internships, graduate schemes and full-time
positions. Simply log into LSE CareerHub
and
search for jobs.
Events
LSE Careers runs events throughout the year, often in
collaboration with leading graduate employers. These
cover a range of topics and give you the chance to develop skills,
learn about different industry sectors, and meet
employers and LSE alumni.
Browse the full list of upcoming events on CareerHub. Events usually open for
booking seven days in advance at 9.30am.
Careers resources
The
LSE Careers website has a range of online
information and advice covering topics such as different
industry sectors, working internationally, how to write
great job applications and career planning. We also have
lots of leaflets and brochures which can be collected in
