This course is for students who speak English as a foreign language.

Course content

This course will enable students to improve their fluency, accuracy and confidence when discussing academic and non-academic topics.  Students will acquire useful grammar, vocabulary and strategies, and will receive feedback on language and style. 

Teaching

4 hours of classes in the MT. 4 hours of classes in the LT.

This is a 4-hour course (1 hour per week).  It will be repeated at four different times during the academic year namely: MT Wks 2-5; MT Wks 7-10; LT Wks 2-5; LT Wks 7-10.
