Availability
This course is compulsory on the Executive Global MSc Management. This course is not available as an outside option.
Course content
Each of the LSE modules will have a dedicated session on Leadership to relate the programme material to your professional and personal development planning, allowing you to examine your personal leadership styles and develop the skills required for successful leadership. Sessions will include completing a self-assessment and producing a Professional Development Plan.
Teaching
Six 3 hour sessions spread out over the five LSE modules.
Formative coursework
This course will not be formally assessed, but there is an optional assignment that will give students an opportunity to reflect upon their leadership development and to receive feedback.
