This course is available on the MPA in European Public and Economic Policy, MPA in International Development, MPA in Public Policy and Management, MPA in Public and Economic Policy and MPA in Public and Social Policy. This course is available with permission as an outside option to students on other programmes where regulations permit.

Course content

Interdisciplinary seminars addressing issues of current concern and debate within urban development transport and planning. The focus will be on contemporary regional and urban problems and the invited speakers from within the LSE and outside will either be engaged in relevant current research or be practising planners or policy-makers from central or local government, research agencies or consultancy.
