Yolanda is a Research Assistant at
The Inclusion Initiative (TII). At TII she contributes to the Inclusive Leaders and AI and the Future of Work Hub. She holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, where she conducted research on intergroup conflict and leadership in organisations. Her research interests are focused on social identity dynamics and inclusion in the workplace. She is also interested in employee voice and the risks associated with speaking up to leaders about problems within organisations.
