We are coming to the end of a year like no other. A year marked by isolation and fragmentation, shaped by COVID-19 and other global events. However, our solidarity with one another – our community – and commitment to helping others through innovation, hold true and are more important than ever.
At LSE, our student and alumni entrepreneurs understand this only too well and have been responding rapidly to the needs of their communities and to global markets. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, LSE entrepreneurs have been deftly creating immediate response campaigns – sometimes initiating, establishing and running support networks within a matter of days.
Whether it’s in times of acute need, or thriving in our longer-term ‘new normal’, our entrepreneurs are using their skills, networks and creativity to understand the causes of things, design innovative solutions, and create impactful results, for the betterment of society.
As LSE’s home for student and alumni entrepreneurship, we at Generate help our entrepreneurs solve the world’s most pressing issues.
With your support, we can help socially responsible entrepreneurial students and alumni to innovate for a new tomorrow. By giving a gift, you’ll provide immediate, unrestricted funding to the LSE Entrepreneurship Fund. This supports LSE Generate and enables us to develop, implement and scale our entrepreneurs' socially driven and commercially viable ventures.
In spite of everything 2020 has thrown at the world, it has been a year in which we’ve seen the true value of community and how innovation can find solutions to new challenges.
Please help LSE entrepreneurs translate their brilliant ideas and research into ventures that can shape our world for the better.
