Upon submitting your application, your data will be stored in the Cloud via our secure web form provider, FormSite which is based in the US.

FormSite uses high-grade SHA-256 RSA encryption for secure (https) connections, the same level of security used by banks and other financial institutions. Results that are encrypted use AES encryption, the encryption standard adopted by the United States government. All FormSite servers are colocated exclusively in the cloud with Amazon Web Services. Your data will always be encrypted in transit, and it will be deleted from the Cloud on an annual basis. All of your supporting documents will be permanently deleted also, however a back-up of your application form will be held on the LSE’s own server as an encrypted file.
