If you have already applied for entry this year you should not submit a new application. Instead, use this form to indicate your new programme choices, and upload a new personal statement if you wish.
If you have already been considered for two choices this year, you will need to pay a new fee via our Online Store. We will let you know when we process your new choices form if you need to do so.
Please note - the system will not accept .docx attachments - please use .doc or .pdf as an alternative. You should also make sure that the file name includes only a-z characters (no punctuation or spaces). Please optimise any attachments to reduce file size.
