How do I report extenuating circumstances?

If circumstances beyond your control are having an adverse effect on your application; for example illness or bereavement in your family, a natural disaster or political unrest in your country, please let us know. We will offer what practical advice and help we can, whether you need to request deferral of your place to the next academic session, or whether you have particular needs with regards to the conditions on your offer or a visa application.

Use the form below to inform us of the situation and to let us know of any temporary contact address, email or telephone number where we can reach you if different to the one on your records. Alternatively, if you only have sporadic access to telephone or internet services, you can give the name of a third party you wish to access your information on your behalf.

For all general enquiries, please use the enquiries system.

You must make sure that any instruction is accurate and complete and we are not liable if this is not the case.
