Please use the form below to submit any new information that we have requested. Please be aware that if your file is under consideration at the department and you send unsolicited new information, it will not be added to your file until it is returned.
BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM:
- STOP! If your application is already complete and under consideration, you should not send any additional documentation unless we have asked for it. Please be patient and await our decision. Submitting extra documents just clogs up our system and slows things down.
- If we have asked you to submit an additional document, please make sure that you only do so once. Sending duplicates just slows things down.
- Don't send huge documents. The selectors do not have time to read tens of thousands of words from each applicant. We will discard them. Instead, choose a suitable extract of up to 3,000 words if you are sending a sample of your written work.
- Don't send documents other than those we have asked for.
