Most of our degree programmes are accredited by the RSS. This means that on completion of their degree, students are eligible for the award of Graduate Statistician (GradStat) status. This provides formal recognition of a member’s statistical qualifications.
The following programmes are accredited by the RSS and some have conditions which are highlighted below. Where there are no conditions specified, students are eligible for the accreditation on graduation from their programme.
- MSc Data Science
Applicants must have completed and passed two of these modules: ST405, ST411, ST422, ST436.
- MSc Statistics and MSc Statistics (Research); MSc Statistics (Social Statistics) and MSc Statistics (Social Statistics) (Research)
- MSc Statistics (Financial Statistics) and MSc Financial Statistics (Research)
Applicants must have completed and passed two of these modules: ST405, ST411 ST416, ST422, ST443, ST444, MY456.
