Dalia Gebrial is an ESRC funded PhD candidate in the Department of Geography and Environment at LSE. She is working on race and gender in the platform economy, conducting field work in London and analysing how platformisation as a process intersects with racialised and gendered histories of labours in the sectors of transport, domestic work and sex work.
