Time to get organised. You may like to begin with some planning for an exciting year ahead. Over the course of the next months we will provide you with further details of the programme, but first of all, here are the term dates:

Welcome Week:

For Economics and Philosophy, Welcome will start after registration in August. The main events are organised by the Economics Department, but your Philosophy Department will be setting up a meet and greet for you as well. For all other programmes, Welcome starts from 18 September and we will be offering a variety of events during this week. We will be confirming these events closer to the time.

Michaelmas Term:

27 September – 10 December (27 September is the first day of teaching, 10 December the last)
Reading Week: 1 – 5 November 2021

Lent Term:

January exams: 10 – 14 January 2022

17 January – 1 April 2022 (17 January is the first day of teaching, 1 April the last)

Summer Term (a.k.a. exam term):

As you are on a 12/13 months master programme, or 24 if you are studying part-time, summer term is extended until your official end date of the programme. This is NOT the submission of the dissertation, but the end date as per your offer letter.

We will be providing further information throughout the next months, but feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
