About me

Nenna joined the Department of Management in 2012 to manage the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour group. Prior to this, Nenna worked at London Business School for eight years where she held various roles primarily within Executive Education including international programme delivery, client account management, and the establishment and management of various business services (contracting, resource management, contributor management).

In her current role as Head of Faculty Affairs, Nenna is the primary faculty liaison and is responsible for directing and supporting key HR functions and operations within the department including the academic promotions and review process, career development and academic recruitment. Working alongside the Department Manager, Nenna is also responsible for the learning and development of the department’s PSS team.

Nenna is a member of the Senior Management Team, and is an experienced and seasoned manager with a proven track record in operational effectiveness, continual improvement processes and organisational change.

As an active member of the AUA and in order to extend her knowledge base of the Higher Education sector Nenna is currently studying for a Postgraduate qualification in Higher Education, Management and Leadership.
