Dr. Elisa Pannini is Graduate Associate in the Department of Management. Her current research focuses on unions strategies in organising workers in precarious contexts.
Her teaching subjects include International Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and International Labour Standards.
Dr Pannini was awarded an LSE scholarship and completed her PhD with a thesis on labour market deregulation, its consequences, and the different approaches to protecting workers, with a focus on the most vulnerable.
Before joining LSE, she studied law at the University of Siena, graduating with the Italian equivalent titles of BL, and LLM with distinction; she has also been a legal analyst for a major Italian commercial bank.
