Dr Debbie Challis is Education and Outreach officer at the Library of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE Library). She runs the public engagement programme of events and other activities around the special collections, including the Women's Library collection. She also offers workshops in areas of history, citizenship, RSE and EPQ to schools, mainly secondary and sixth form but some primary sessions are available. In order to assist with online learning many of these workshops and more are published as online teaching resources. In addition, she has researched and published widely on the history of archaeology in the context of modern political history as well as on public engagement and reception of archives and museum collections.
