Join neighbours LSE Library and Lincoln’s Inn for an Earth Day celebration!
This event includes a tour of the new exhibit Clothing this Naked Earth: Politics and the Planet with curator Daniel Payne and an exploration of the gardens of Lincoln’s Inn with Head Gardener, Miranda Kimberly.
The tour will begin in the Library Gallery to learn more about the environmental stories held in the LSE Library Archives and then move as a group to the library’s local green space to hear from the Head Gardener about the history and landscape of the 11-acre parkland and ornamental areas of the Lincoln's Inn.
The British Library of Political and Economic Science (@LSELibrary) was founded in 1896, a year after the London School of Economics and Political Science. It has been based in the Lionel Robbins Building since 1978 and houses many world class collections, including The Women's Library.
