Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowships on Latin America and the Caribbean at LSE

Call for expressions of interest

MSCA-IF grants cover living, travel, networking, and research costs, and they are available to researchers from across the world.

The LSE Latin America and Caribbean Centre is inviting applicants to submit Expressions of Interest for the European Commission’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships (HORIZON-MSCA-2021-PF-01).

Applicants must submit a two-page CV and a 500-word summary of their planned research project to lacc@lse.ac.uk by 24 August 2021.

We welcome proposals which complement and build on our current research programmes. Applicants selected will be invited to develop their applications with the Centre as the host institution for submission by 12 October 2021.

Applicants expressing an interest will be informed of the outcomes by 7 September (see criteria below).

  • have a maximum of eight years’ experience in research
  • comply with mobility rules: they must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the beneficiary for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline.

We advise applicants to check the eligibility criteria and conditions carefully before applying.
