Endorsement letter request

This is the Endorsement letter request form to be used by graduating students who have been offered an endorsement by LSE for a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa.

By submitting this form you agree to the terms of the Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa and terms of contract with LSE. These are:

apply for a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa within 3 months of the date of the endorsement letter and no later than 1 April 2016
apply for a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa before your current visa expires (if you are applying in the UK)
provide evidence to Registry when you have submitted application (Post Office receipt, letter from Home Office confirming receipt of application) and when you receive the visa (BRP card or visa vignette in passport)
maintain up to date contact details (e-mail and mobile number) with LSE by e-mailing registry.visa.queries@lse.ac.uk
attend all meetings with LSE when required
inform Registry (registry.visa.queries@lse.ac.uk) if you decide not to continue with your business idea and are leaving the UK
inform Registry if you switch into a different immigration category

Terms and Conditions
Your acceptance of the following conditions is required to process your request:
1) All the information provided in this form will be disclosed to the Home Office at their request and prior to receiving your signed application. The information provided will be treated in confidence by the Home Office but may be disclosed to other law enforcement agencies, government departments and other bodies for immigration or research purposes or to enable them to perform their functions. I accept the above condition.
2) You currently hold a student visa for the UK and that you have not participated previously in any of the following post-study work schemes: Post Study Work, Fresh Talent, International Graduates Scheme, Science and Engineering Graduate Scheme. I confirm the above condition.
3) You agree to the terms of the Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa and terms of contract with LSE as outlined above.
