If you wish to create a new subsection with a 'Contents' box, you'll need to create a page with two columns within a table.

  1. Create a new page in the usual way
  2. From the toolbar, click on 'Insert Table' and select a '1 by 2 Table' ie one row and two columns
  3. Right click in the table and select Table Properties
  4. Under Layout, change the settings for Cell padding to 5, Cell spacing to 0 and Borders to 0. Click OK
  5. The table will now appear with a dotted line around its border
  6. Drag across both cells with your mouse and right click over the highlighted area
  7. Select Cell Properties
  8. Under Layout, Vertical alignment, change the setting from 'Default' to 'Top' from the drop down list
  9. In the left hand column, type the title of your page and from the 'Style' drop-down list select Heading 2
  10. At this point it's a good idea to set the title in the page so copy the title, right click anywhere on the page and select Page Properties. Paste in the title in the Title box
  11. Move your cursor to the right hand column and select Heading 2 from the 'Style' drop down list then hit 'Return'. This will ensure that the top of the Contents box lines up with the first line of text in the left hand column
  12. Now you are ready to insert the Contents box. From the toolbar, click on 'Insert Table' and select a '6 by 1 Table' ie six rows and one columns. You can add more or less rows depending on how many links you have from the box
  13. Right click in the table and select Table Properties
  14. Under Layout, change the settings for Cell padding to 5, Cell spacing to 0 and Borders to 1. Now click on the Style button and in the Class box type template-box. Click OK
  15. In the top row type Contents, and set the font to bold
  16. In the remaining rows, type in the title of each page within the subsection and then create hyperlinks to these pages
  17. To add a new row above an existing entry, put the cursor in the row immediately below where you want to add it, right click and select Insert Row
  18. To add a row at the end of the list, click in the last row and hit 'Tab'
