SU Society AGM Request Form

In order to request a room for your Societies Annual General Meeting (if you do not have officers with current room booking privileges) then please complete the form below.

If you require a teaching room we will be able to process your requests once the academic timetable is released near the start of the Michaelmas Term.

Only one AGM booking will be accepted per society so you will need to obtain room booking privileges for future meetings on campus.
