Casey Kearney is a current PhD Candidate in Political Economy and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School who is a visiting fellow in the Department of International Relations, LSE.
His research focuses on the politics of financial crises and capital inflow management. He has also written on how Multinational Companies can use foreign affiliates to tap into foreign credit markets and improve profitability.
He previously worked in investment banking, with a focus on raising capital for pre-IPO / pre-M&A stage companies. His team worked across industry sectors, with a focus on biopharmaceuticals, biotech and SAAS.
He holds a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Masters in Statistics from Harvard University.
