It explains the context for establishing the Commission and its mandate of providing independent expertise and strategy on how the UK can improve resilience to the growing risk of high temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report is published alongside Phase 1 of the Commission&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lse.ac.uk\/granthaminstitute\/national-heat-risk-commission-evidence\/\">Call for Evidence<\/a>.
